This Offer from VladPro IT Services, Reg. ID #884129, the owner and operator of the website https://vpnangel.win, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”, addressed to any user of the website services, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”, constitutes an offer to enter into a Service Agreement and defines the main terms for the provision of Services through the website https://vpnangel.win.
The Buyer, acting for the purpose of purchasing Services, accepts the terms of this Service Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”, on the following terms.
1.1. Public Offer — hereinafter referred to as the “Offer” — means the Seller’s public proposal, addressed to an indefinite number of persons, to enter into a remote Service Agreement with the Seller under the terms set out in this Offer, including all Appendices.
1.2. Order means the Customer’s decision to order data processing Services through the website https://vpnangel.win by selecting one of the tariffs and paying for it. Such action constitutes the Customer’s full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer.
1.3. The Seller provides data processing Services, both personally and with the involvement of third parties, including private virtual access services, as well as other Services related to private security on the Internet and private access to the Internet, hereinafter referred to as the “Services”. The Services include, but are not limited to, software, add-ons, applications, information and informational materials made available to the Customer by the Seller. This service is not built to be used to bypass local and/or global internet resources restrictions.
1.4. Tariffs means the system of prices for data processing Services presented on the website https://vpnangel.win.
2.1. The Buyer places an Order for data processing Services through the website https://vpnangel.win by selecting one of the tariffs presented on the website. By paying for the Order, the Buyer confirms their consent to enter into this Agreement, thereby accepting the Offer.
2.2. By entering into the Agreement, the Buyer confirms the following:
a) The Buyer has fully read and agrees to the terms of this Agreement;
b) The Buyer gives permission for the collection, processing and transfer of personal data under the terms defined in the Personal Data Processing Policy published on the website https://vpnangel.win.
3.1. The price of the data processing Services is indicated on the website https://vpnangel.win in the Tariffs section.
3.2. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change the price of any Tariff.
3.3. The Seller may not change the price of an Order that has already been paid for.
3.4. The Buyer’s payment obligations for the Order are deemed fulfilled from the moment the Seller receives the funds in full in accordance with the applicable Tariffs.
3.5. Payments between the Seller and the Buyer for the Services are made using the methods indicated on the website https://vpnangel.win.
4.1. The Buyer orders the Services through the website https://vpnangel.win or by means of an invoice issued to the client’s email address.
4.2. When placing an order on the website https://vpnangel.win, the Buyer undertakes to provide an email address.
4.3. If the Seller requires additional information, the Seller has the right to request it from the Buyer. If the Buyer fails to provide the necessary information, the Seller shall not be responsible for providing a quality service to the Buyer.
4.4. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing and paying for the Order.
4.5. The Agreement between the Seller and the Buyer is deemed concluded from the moment the order is placed electronically on the website https://vpnangel.win and paid for by the Buyer.
4.6. If the Buyer has not used the “Cancel Subscription” form on the website https://vpnangel.win, the Order placed by the Buyer shall be renewed for an equivalent period upon expiry of the initial Order term, in accordance with the Tariffs indicated on the website https://vpnangel.win on the date of such renewal, meaning automatic renewal of the provision of Services.
5.1. The Services are provided in the manner described on the website https://vpnangel.win.
5.2. The Service provides connection to a secure network in order to ensure the security of transmitted data, including over Wi-Fi and mobile networks in public places.
5.3. The Service is intended for lawful privacy and data security purposes only.
5.4. The Service is not intended for bypassing legal restrictions or obtaining access to information where such access is restricted by law.
6.1. The Buyer has the right to refuse the Services at any time during the term of the Agreement. The Buyer shall pay in full for the Services actually provided in accordance with the Tariffs up to the date on which the Buyer refuses the Services.
6.2. If the Buyer has not contacted the Seller in writing using the contact addresses indicated on the website https://vpnangel.win with a proposal to terminate the Agreement, the Agreement shall be deemed valid until terminated by agreement of the Parties.
6.3. The Seller has the right to restrict the provision of Services to the Buyer if facts of improper use of the Service are identified, namely:
a) Use of the Service by the Buyer for the purpose of violating the laws of any country;
b) Transfer of an individual access key to third parties, except for the Buyer’s close relatives;
c) Exceeding the traffic quota of 100 gigabytes within 30 days. If this threshold is exceeded, access to the Service will be suspended automatically. In this case, the Buyer may contact the Seller using any available communication channel and request an increase in the traffic limit. In response to such a request from the Buyer, the Seller may, no more than once every 30 days, increase the Buyer’s traffic limit until the end of the current 30-day period, after which the limit will be reset to the original amount.
d) The Seller reserves the right to terminate the trial period early and transfer the Buyer to the full tariff without additional notice if repeated use of the trial period is detected.
7.1. The Buyer undertakes not to use the system for sending spam, scanning ports or proxies, carrying out mass mailings, even if the emails are actually sent through another server, or conducting hacker attacks against other computers or networks.
7.2. Coverage area, internet speed and connection quality during the provision of the Services may vary. The Seller undertakes to make every effort to ensure that the Services are provided at all times, except for maintenance and repair interruptions. The Services may be unavailable due to factors beyond the Seller’s control, including emergencies, network problems or restrictions, interference, signal interruptions, or failures in the operation of other services.
7.3. The Seller is not responsible for the loss of data and messages or the incorrect display of pages due to network problems. In order to protect Buyers, the Seller may unilaterally impose restrictions on the use of certain data and block customer service. Network speed is a nominal estimated characteristic and does not correspond to the actual speed of sending and receiving data. The actual network speed depends on its configuration, the method of data compression, network load and other factors. The Seller does not provide any guarantees regarding the timeliness of data receipt and is not responsible for any possible delays or losses.

Повернення не надається в разі зміни рішення після суттєвого використання, за проблем, спричинених власною мережею, пристроєм чи локальними обмеженнями Користувача, а також у разі неналежного використання послуги. Схвалені повернення виконуються на початковий спосіб оплати через еквайрингового провайдера, зазвичай протягом 5–10 робочих днів.
Користувачі можуть будь-коли вимкнути автоподовження; скасування припиняє майбутні списання, але не повертає кошти за поточний сплачений період заднім числом.
