1. Who we are
VPN Angel operates the website https://vpnangel.win and the VPN service reachable through it. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we deliberately do not collect. Questions: [email protected].
2. What we never log
We do not record your browsing history, DNS queries, destination addresses, or the content of your traffic. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data, and we do not use your data for advertising profiling.
3. What we do process
- Account & billing: your email address and order records (plan, amount, currency, status). Required to deliver the subscription and meet accounting obligations.
- Service metadata: a subscription identifier and token, aggregate data-transfer counters, subscription expiry, and the number of concurrent devices. Used strictly to enforce your plan limits and prevent account sharing.
- Technical logs: short-lived web-server and security logs (timestamp, request path, error state) kept only to detect abuse and diagnose faults.
4. Payments
Card and SBP payments are processed by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or bank credentials — we receive only the transaction result and reference needed to activate your order.
5. Cookies
We use only functional cookies: a language preference (va_lang), a session identifier, and WooCommerce cart/checkout cookies. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set by us.
6. Third parties
We rely on a small number of processors: a CDN/security provider that terminates connections to this website, our payment provider, and an email provider used to deliver subscription details. Each receives only the minimum data needed for that function.
7. Retention
Order and billing records are kept for as long as required by applicable accounting law. Service metadata is deleted when your subscription is deleted. Technical logs rotate automatically within a short period.
8. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may object to processing. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting your account data terminates any active subscription.
9. Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the date above and, where the change affects you directly, notify you by email.
